Quick Curry Recipe

Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken or mushroom cooked tandoori style.
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion
- Salt to taste
- 2 Red chillies finely diced
- 2 cloves Garlic finely diced
- 1 inch Ginger finely diced
- 1 1/2 tbsp MKS garam masala
- 2 Large tomatoes diced
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Ground almonds
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large frying pan. Pan fry chicken until golden and cooked all the way though. Remove from the pan and saute onions until translucent and soft.
- Add red chillies, garlic and ginger and MKS Garam masala. Cook for a further 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
- Pour in coconut milk, stir and season to taste.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stir in cooked chicken or mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in ground almonds and serve with cooked rice or chapattis.
